Quality Policy
STUART GROUP LTD Incorporating STUART WELLS LTD, STUART WELL SERVICES LTD, STUART PLANT LTD, STUART PUMPS LTD, STUART POWER LTD, BROWNFIELD ASSET DEVELOPMENT LTD & GEK
Stuart Group Ltd (the ‘Organisation’) aims to provide defect free products and services to its customers on time and within budget.
The Organisation operates a Quality Management System that has gained BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, including aspects specific to the sale, rental, installation and service of generators, pumps and lighting towers, the supply of geotechnical and well drilling materials, groundwater control, pump testing, groundwater remediation contracting services.
The management is committed to:
1. Develop and improve the Quality Management System
2. Continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
3. Train staff in aspects of the quality system relevant to their role and ensure two-way communication.
4. The enhancement of customer satisfaction. Through the issue of quality questionnaires to customers.
5. Provide all customers with reassurance of quality on site through the provision of data both directly and indirectly, equipment on site will be inspected for quality before issue to the project.
The management has a continuing commitment to:
1. Ensure that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction
2. Communicate throughout the Organisation the importance of meeting customer needs and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
3. Establish the Quality Policy and to set Quality Objectives at relevant functions, levels and processes
4. Ensure that the Management Reviews are set and review the Quality Objectives, and report on the internal audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
5. Ensure the availability of resources and that these conform to UKCA, UK(NI) or CE standards and these are checked on receipt to ensure conformity, marking and all required documentation is checked.
6. Ensure all non-conformities are recorded, reviewed and rectified and monitored for effectiveness of rectification. Non-conforming equipment will be quarantined and rectified through communication with suppliers, including the requirements for UK or CE marking and documenting.
7. All materials are organised on site as agreed with the client. No construction materials are use by Stuarts.
8. Ensuring that suppliers apply quality management measures appropriate to their activities, checks on insurances, licences and memberships are checked annually and must have a specified minimum as requested in the supplier PQQ.
9. Ensure the supply chain has corrective action procedure and when the supply chain is audited corrective actions are recorded and monitored.
10. For larger projects post contract reviews are carried out, recorded, analysed and communicated.
The structure of the Quality Management System is defined in the Quality Manual.
All personnel understand the requirements of this Quality Policy and abide with the contents of the Quality Manual. The Organisation complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. The Organisation constantly monitors its quality performance and implements improvements when appropriate.
This Quality Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuing suitability.
Copies of the Quality Policy are made available to all members of staff and to relevant interested parties. Copies of the minutes of Management Reviews, or extracts thereof, are provided to individual members of staff in accordance with their role and responsibilities as a means of communicating the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
The Quality policy and individual responsibilities are briefed and trained at induction relevant to their responsibilities and the policy is displayed on company notice boards
